Food and Travel in the USA
I don’t understand how people travel to certain cities in USA and don’t try out the food it is known for. I believe that food is rooted in the foundation of culture. If a person doesn’t try a city or town’s food, then why did you go there to begin with? Just to drink the whiskey and coffee? Here is a checklist of food I want to check out and things I have already checked out. For the record I am from Philadelphia so I will be leaving out the Italian sandwiches, cheesesteaks, pretzels and other Philadelphia things. There is a lot I want to try outside of the USA ( ie Italian Food, French Food, Nordic Cuisine, etc) but I want to focus on the USA for now.
